Stoke Newington based retail store Earlybird has been attracting the attention of shoppers with its imaginative display for Thinking Of You Week.
“We’ve made up our window just for the occasion with some ideas of to who and why you should send a card. Don’t forget sometimes the best reason is nothing more than just because.”
The Earlybird team, who specialise in publishing and retailing ‘quirky greeting cards’ have created a new charity card designed by Hannah Sharman to celebrate both Thinking of You Week and the local community. All profits from the sale of the card will go to the nearby Clissold Community Garden, a food growing space for the local community.
“Delphiniums, symbolising cheerfulness and goodwill, are used to communicate encouragement and joy, which seemed perfectly fitting with Thinking of You Week’s whole ethos. If you haven’t already here’s your chance to send a card to let someone know you’re thinking of them!”
