Evesham-based publisher Corniche is repeating their successful Thinking of You Week activity from last year: Corniche’s Kate Whatmore included an additional Thinking of You card with all those she sent out – so that the recipient could send one too!
Kate said “The response last year was fantastic, and from a social media point of view it was great as I was then tagged by the recipients and then their recipients – it was really fun and hugely appreciated by everyone involved.
“I am doing it again this year, will send even more cards than I did in 2019 – and will include the postage for the recipient and a copy of the downloadable GCA Thinking of You Week flyer that explains all about the campaign as well as an extra unwritten card for them to send on to someone else… I highly recommend all greeting card publishers and retailers to give it a go.
“I love the concept of Thinking of You Week as I don’t think any of us tell people enough that we care for and appreciate them.”
Have you got your Thinking of You Week activity planned yet? Maybe follow Kate’s example and create a wave of card sending with your community. And perhaps take some cards into your children’s school, or donate some to a local care home, or maybe use our competition ideas and guidelines to run a competition.
