Two member publishers have received a lovely note of thanks from the Etz Chaim Jewish Primary School for cards donated for Thinking of You Week, which coincides with Jewish New Year starting on Saturday.
In a lovely note from Liza Feiner, Assistant Headteacher and Jewish Studies Leader, to Daniel Prince of Danilo and Raj Arora of Davora, Liza talked about what a help the cards have been in Literacy and PSHE work.
Liza’s note said:
“Thank you so much for donating the cards to our school. The children were able to use them to write Happy New Year messages to their friends and also included information about why their friends are special and how they appreciate their friends. At the end of the week each child will take home a special card written by a friend. The cards activity helped to support the children’s Literacy and PSHE work and they really enjoyed using them. Your generosity is much appreciated.”
Daniel and Raj provided cards for pupils at the school to use for Jewish New Year and Thinking of You Week, and Daniel worked closely with the school to promote the event.
